Ludwig And Hasan Confront xQc Over Shitcamp Comments

Twitch stars Ludwig and Hasan confronted fellow streamer xQc after he admitted to using his breakup with ex-girlfriend Adept, in part to avoid Shitcamp.

Earlier this month, popular Twitch personality QTCinderella hosted a big event for her fellow streamers called “Shitcamp.”

However, one of the main streamers invited to the event failed to show up: xQc. His absence sparked a series of heated tweets from Hasan, accusing him of going to camp “at the last second.”

In particular, xQc claimed he wasn’t going to the event because Sodapoppin (a fan favorite from last year’s Shitcamp) wouldn’t be attending, as well as because he felt the camp wouldn’t be fun – on top of his breakup from now ex girlfriend Adept.

xQc’s absence from the event became a major talking point among creators and fans alike, with QTCinderella even making merch to commemorate the entire ordeal… but while Shitcamp is now over, the ensuing fallout definitely isn’t.

Hasan confronted xQc about Shitcamp during a live stream on September 20, where xQc admitted he used his breakup as an excuse not to attend QT’s $170k summer camp.

“I didn’t want to go,” he said. “I didn’t want to go to the event anyway. There were little things… things were raised. That involved many things. I have a feeling there were not enough pebbles. If I had more? No, that’s not good enough. I said, okay, I’ll give them a pebble here, a pebble there. And the breakup was a mini-pebble in the tons of rocks that were inside.”

“Bro, I don’t want to cancel you,” Hasan retorted. “I want you to be a good person. I want you to be like 2019 xQc. Okay? That is what I want. I want you to be a normal person again, kind and good to people.”

Ludwig also joined them on the broadcast, where he called xQc’s reasons for not going “fake” and “made up” and put him on the spot for “continuing the LiveStreamFail story that it would be ‘boring without soda ‘.”

“If your effort was to minimize the damage to the event, at best you did it in the dumbest possible way and at worst you already perpetuated the event badly, which may have just been a mistake,” Ludwig challenged.

“And then the sentence, ‘I need someone like Soda to run good things,’ means that everyone there can’t run good things,” he continued. “‘I need someone like Soda to do good things,’ like without soda we can’t do good things.”

This news follows a series of spats between xQc and Hasan, with the two most recently putting their heads together over Hasan’s comments about the breakup of xQc.
