DeMario Jacksona former “Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise” contestant has been charged with sexual assault by two different women.
The court documents, obtained by TMZ, show the 2 women – who both filed as Jane Does – allege that DeMario used his TV personality status to “lure the unsuspecting plaintiffs” into a sense of security… claiming that he it knew exactly what he was doing.
The first woman claims she met DeMario on a dating app… after a few dates, she let him spend the night in February 2018 after he allegedly got drunk.
She says she insisted on Demario that nothing sexual would happen between them that night, but claims he was persistent — allegedly pinning her to the bed and sexually assaulting her. She says she feared for her life at the time.
The second woman is said to have met DeMario in April 2019, initially chatting sparingly on social media. A year later, he asked her out on a date – adding that it should take place in his apartment, as he didn’t want to be recognized when they went out.
The doctors say he pressured her to have sex, which she reluctantly agreed to, then told him to stop, but he would persevere, forcefully.
In addition to assault, the two women are suing DeMario for false imprisonment and intentionally inflicting emotional distress. They demand unspecified damages.
As we reported, production for “Bachelor in Paradise” was suspended back in 2017 according to sources after DeMario and Corinne Olympios got too intense in the pool, with lots of “intense rubbing”.
We’ve reached out to DeMario for comment…no word back so far.
